ImageResizer is a free, client-side image compression and conversion tool. All processing happens entirely within your browser. No images or files are uploaded to any server.

2. Use of the Service

You may use ImageResizer for personal or professional purposes, including preparing images for government exam applications or any other lawful purpose.

You agree not to: - Use the service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service - Misrepresent the origin of files processed through the tool

3. No Account Required

ImageResizer does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation. No personally identifiable information is collected through normal use of the tool.

4. Donations

Donations made through ImageResizer are voluntary and are used to support hosting and development costs.

All donations are final and non-refundable. By completing a donation, you acknowledge that it is a voluntary contribution and not a purchase of any product or service.

5. Intellectual Property

ImageResizer is built on open-source libraries. See the Attributions page for full credits and licenses.

The ImageResizer name, design, and content are the property of Velan Angadi Systems. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ImageResizer is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the tool will meet every use case.

Output quality and file size accuracy may vary depending on the source image and your device's capabilities.

7. Limitation of Liability

Velan Angadi Systems is not liable for any damages arising from your use of ImageResizer, including but not limited to data loss, application rejection, or incorrect output.

You are responsible for verifying that processed images meet the requirements of the platform or application you are submitting to.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ImageResizer following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
